however...all of this are best depending on what our body needs, and it's not always the same.

as for sugar cane, it is especially good too but you can get the same quality in other countries like Singapore :)
Reply:The best drink for me is buko juice, especially when it's fresh and unsweetened. Aside from being natural, it's said to be a cure for urinary tract infection and other kidney problems.
