The fronds on my sago palm are turning yellow in spots - even the new fronds. What do I need to do?

It is most likely spider mites. Tiny tiny pest that live in dust particle on plants. They deplete the nitrogen from plants causing them to yellow and be spotty. Very easy to remedy! Mix a few drops of liquid dish soap in a spray bottle of water and spray your palm, getting both sides of the fronds. This will rid them, now to keep them from coming...easy too... give your palm a weekly showers as you water, keeping it clean will keep those pesty guys away!

You may need to feed it now also to get it back to healthy, any all purpose plant food like miracle grow will do, I would use a very diluted form every 2-3 weeks.

God Bless Grandma
